It specializes in socially responsible strategies that align with Islamic finance principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><br>We seek a <strong>Trading Operations Specialist<\/strong> to manage and execute portfolio trades and updates using Orion and various brokerage\/custodian platforms. This role involves executing trades, implementing model adjustments, ensuring portfolio compliance, managing cash balances, and applying tax-efficient strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Trade Execution &amp; Portfolio Updates<\/strong>: Execute trades, engage with brokers and custodians to ensure timely trade settlement, communicate daily trade data, rebalance accounts for tax-efficiently, and update portfolios based on model changes. Ensure compliance with investment policies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cash Management &amp; Account Monitoring:<\/strong> Manage daily cash flow activity, maintain adequate cash balances for withdrawals, RMDs, and investments, and proactively address liquidity needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Trade Operations &amp; Compliance:<\/strong> Perform post-trade account reviews to ensure trades align with internal policies and strategies and resolve deviations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technology &amp; Platform Management:<\/strong> Use Orion and other brokerage platforms for trade execution, portfolio management, and account monitoring.
