It specializes in socially responsible strategies that align with Islamic finance principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Position Overview<\/strong><br>We seek an experienced <strong>Associate Support Advisor<\/strong> to work closely with the CEO in managing relationships with high-net-worth clients. The Associate Advisor actively manages client relationships, leads meetings, and delivers comprehensive financial planning services focusing on tax and estate planning. While the CEO will provide oversight and participate in meetings as needed, the Associate Advisor will be the primary point of contact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Serve as the primary point of contact<\/strong> for a select group of high-net-worth clients, leading meetings and proactively managing ongoing relationships.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Deliver comprehensive financial planning services<\/strong> tailored to client goals, including tax, estate, retirement, insurance, and charitable planning, while reviewing and updating Investment Policy Statements to ensure alignment with client goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coordinate and execute client deliverables<\/strong> by managing follow-ups, preparing documentation, and working with internal and external professionals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Collaborate closely with the CEO<\/strong> to align strategy, elevate complex matters when needed, and maintain a consistent standard of client service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maintain accurate client records and task tracking <\/strong>using CRM and planning software, ensuring timely execution and documentation of planning activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/strong> in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CFP or ChFC designation <\/strong>is required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3-5 years in a similar role<\/strong> within a fast-paced, registered investment advisory firm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proficiency in Salesforce, Financial planning software, and Excel<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strong grasp of tax, estate, retirement, and charitable planning strategies<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strong understanding of investment principles <\/strong>and asset allocation to support Investment Policy Statement reviews and financial planning, along with the ability to guide clients through market volatility with sound advice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Excellent communication and organizational skills,<\/strong> capable of managing multiple client deliveries with deadlines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Critical thinking and problem-solving<\/strong> with a high degree of accuracy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br>Submit your resume and cover letter to: <a href=\"mailto:hello@azzadasset.com\">hello@azzadasset.com<\/a>. &nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Location: Falls Church, Virginia (Onsite Required)Employment Type: Full-time About UsAzzad Asset Management is a leader in faith-based, Islamic investing (or halal investing).
